LAHORE: The Punjab University administration on Tuesday cancelled the admission of a student and fined five others for disciplinary violations.
The administration cancelled the admission of Islamic Studies student (name withheld) for harassing a female student.
According to PU spokesperson, Mohsin Abbas was fined Rs10,000 and issued a warning letter for creating a ruckus, while Hassan Abdullah was fined Rs5,000, a warning posted on the notice board of the department and a complaint letter to his parents. Abdul Rehman was fined Rs10,000, a warning posted on the notice board and a complaint letter to his parents.
