LAHORE: Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari says the Punjabi Culture Festival, scheduled for March 14, has been postponed considering the current situation in the country.

In a statement on Wednesday, she said the decision was made out of respect for Ramazan and the train hijacking in Balochistan.

However, the festival would now take place on April 14, she said, expressing the hope that those trapped in the hostage train return home safely.
