Man shot dead in Manghopir

KARACHI: A 55-year-old man was gunned down in Manghopir on Sunday, police and rescue services said.

They identified the victim as Aziz Ahmed and said that he was shot and killed in Mohammed Khan Goth.

Area SHO Imran Ahmed Khan attributed the murder with some personal enmity.

The body was shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for legal formalities.

Meanwhile, a young man was killed after falling from a moving train near Ghaghar Phatak on Sunday.

Steel Town SHO Alan Abbasi said that the victim could not be identified till late in the night. He said the railway official informed the police that the man had accidentally fallen from the moving train.
