ISLAMABAD: Cambodian Foreign Minister Sarin Chhak called on Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in Rawalpindi this evening [March 22] and delivered a personal message from Head of State and President of the National Front of Cambodia, Prince Norodom Sihanouk.
