KHAIRPUR, June 15: A speeding truck hit a donkey-cart on Thursday and injured three persons on the National Highway near Gambat chowk.

The injured were identified as Wajid Burdi, Abdul Ghaffar Burdi and Ghulam Rasool Burdi.

Wajid and Abdul Ghaffar died on way to hospital whereas Ghulam Rasool was admitted to a local hospital.

The truck driver fled with the vehicle.
