HYDERABAD, Nov 2: The University of Sindh on Wednesday announced results of test for admission to Bachelor’s degree programme. The complete results were announced two hours after completion of the test.

Over 7,802 candidates appeared in the entry test. The result has also been posted on Sindh University's website www.usindh.edu.pk.

Vice-chancellor Mazharul Haq Siddiqui welcomed candidates through control room interconnected with sound system network with all examination blocks.

The vice-chancellor highlighted facilities provided by the university to students and said that the university always tried its best to provide all required opportunities to youth for better education.

He said that the university was multidiscipline having qualified faculty and well-managed human resources.

The vice-chancellor along with deans, members of syndicate and senior professors monitored arrangements for the test.

Some 156 committees comprising 850 teachers and staff members were constituted to supervise arrangements.

The university also arranged 120 buses on different routes of Hyderabad to provide pick and drop facilities to candidates.

The answer copies of candidates were assessed with the help of optical marks reader (OMR) machine.
