KHAIRPUR: Bid to commit suicide in police lock-up

KHAIRPUR, Nov 16: A man attempted to commit suicide in the lock-up of the A-section police station here on Wednesday night.

Karim Bux alias Karo Jagirani was arrested by the A-section police some days ago and was placed in the lock-up.

He reportedly used a blade to harm himself in the toilet which caused bleeding.

He was admitted to the Khairpur Civil Hospital. ASI Illahi Bux lodged an FIR under section 325 of the PPC against Karim Bux.
