TDAP board members notified

ISLAMABAD, Nov 16: The federal government has announced the names of 25 members of the board of newly formed Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) with the federal minister of commerce as its chairman.

According to a notification issued here on Thursday, the authority’s vice-chairman will be its chief executive.

The TADP board will comprise 15 members from government and 10 from private sector.

Members from government are: secretaries of commerce, finance, industries, textile industry, food, agriculture and livestock and the BOI, chairman CBR, deputy governor State Bank, chief secretaries of Punjab, Sindh, the NWFP, Balochistan and the AJK and presidents of the FPCCI and Overseas Chamber of Commerce and Industry.—APP
