SUKKUR, Dec 5: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Sukkur, for the convenience of students, has decided to accept examination fee for 2007-08 for Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Part-I (Class-IX) Examination (2007-08) in two installments, according to an official handout issued here on Tuesday.

According to the Controller of Examinations, BISE Sukkur, the first instalment of the examination fee for 2007-08 will be collected at the time of enrolment/registration of 2007 on or before December 21, 2006.

The second instalment will be payable at the time of filling-up examination forms in December-2007 for examination (2007-08) for which 75% attendance for both in Class-IX & X has been made compulsory for appearing at the SSC Part-I (Class-IX)Examination of 2007-08 onwards.

The heads of institutions have been directed to ensure that the examination forms of those students, who are short of required 75% attendance, should not be forwarded.

The students of SSC Part-I (Class-IX), who appeared in SSC Part-I Annual Examination 2006, under part-wise scheme of studies, have to appear in SSC Part-II (Class-X) examination under the same scheme in the year 2007 with fail papers, if any.

Only those students would be eligible to appear in the examination 2007-08, who would pay both the installments of examination fee and have valid enrolment card, the announcement added.
