HYDERABAD, Dec 6: The controller of examinations of the University of Sindh on Wednesday extended the date to December 12 for submission of examination forms (regular and external candidates) for BA, BSc, BCom, BSW, BSc Home Economics pass part-I and part-II and MA previous and final annual examination.
He advised the candidates to submit examination forms at the office of deputy controller examination countersigned by the principal of colleges concerned and deposit fee at HBL Jamshoro.
LUMHS: The additional controller of examinations of the Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences announced on Wednesday that the last date for submission of examination forms for the first professional MBBS (part-II) annual examination 2007, at LUMHS, Chandka Medical College Larkana, People’s Medical College for Girls, Nawabshah and Ghulam Mohammad Mahar Medical College, Sukkur had been fixed as December 12 without late fee and December 28 with late fee of Rs200.
RESULTS: The LUMHS controller of examination announced on Tuesday the results of MD final (general medicine), MD final (paediatrics), MS final (orthopaedics), Master of Public Health part-I and II and diploma in Child Health postgraduate degree and diploma examination 2006 held in November 2006.
SELF-FINANCE: The director of admissions of the University of Sindh on Wednesday announced that the candidates who had appeared in pre-entry test for admission to the bachelor's and master's degree programme 2007 and were desirous of getting admission under self-finance scheme should submit their applications up to December 16.
He said that some seats had fallen vacant under self-finance programme in Biochemistry, Botany, Education, Freshwater Biology and Fisheries, Geography, Genetics, Geology, International Relations, Mass Communication, Mathematics, Microbiology, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology (Arts and Science), Rural Development, Sindhi, Social Work, Sociology, Statistics, Urdu and Zoology disciplines for bachelors and in Computer Science, MCS Computer Science, Economics, Environmental Sciences and Library Science for masters programme.
