ABBOTTABAD, Dec 10: The institutional management committee of the Ayub Medical Complex will be dissolved soon, according to NWFP Minister for Local Government Sardar Mohammad Idrees.

He was talking to journalists here on Sunday. Expressing concern over the committee’s performance, he said that a new committee would be formed soon. He was accompanied by deputy speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Mohammad Yaqoob Khan.

Mr Idrees said that the chief executive of the complex would also be replaced and the post would shortly be advertised.

He said people were facing difficulties in the hospital because of corruption and mismanagement. He also sought a detailed report about the procurement of sub-standard cardiac equipment.
