SKARDU, Dec 15: Shortage of dry firewood in the district for a couple of weeks is creating problems for local people. People of Baltistan said there was no electricity in area and available dry firewood was being also sold at high prices. They said they had to brave the freezing cold. They complained that authorities were not paying heed to their problem.—PPI
