LAHORE, Jan 27: Bilal Khilji, Kashif Naved and Kamran Hussain hit half-centuries as Multan denied a certain win for Abbottabad in their Quaid-i-Azam Trophy Silver League match which ended in a thrilling draw at Multan Stadium on Saturday.

Multan requring 320 to win, resumed the second innings at a perilous 3-71 but Bilal (73 not out, eight fours), Kashif (65, 12 fours) and Kamran (51, eight fours) brought their team close to victoryand finished the day at 291-9 in 105.3 overs before the umpires called off the match.

Abbotabad, however, got three points on first innings lead.
