Faisalabad facing defeat

KARACHI, Feb 20: Faisalabad were battling for survival after being forced to follow-on on the penultimate day of their Quaid Trophy Grade-I tie against Gujranwala at Jinnah Stadium in Gujranwala Wednesday.

Faisalabad, resuming at 16 for no wicket, were bundled out for 181 in reply to the home side’s massive first innings score of 491 for eight declared.

By stumps, the visitors were reeling at 38 for two in their second innings.
