HYDERABAD: Demand for mark-up

HYDERABAD, Feb 19: Former employees of the defunct Sindh Road Transport Corporation staged a demonstration and sit-in outside the press club on Monday to protest against non-payment of mark-up on their dues.

They told journalists that after dissolution of the SRTC, the government had signed an agreement with the employees, promising to pay 15 per cent mark-up on their dues if they were not paid within stipulated period.—Bureau
