KARACHI, March 26: Managing Director Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) Brig Iftikhar Haider has said that complaint centres had been established to remove peoples’ grievances within the shortest possible time.

During his visit to different complaint centres, he asked KWSB employees to register consumers’ complaints and take prompt action for the solution of problems.

He said that with the establishment of the centres, peoples’ problems could be minimised to a great extent, adding that no slackness would be tolerated in this regard.

Complaints could be registered on telephone No 9245138-9245140 at Karsaz, Ph 9230317 for Landhi, Korangi, Malir, Shah Faisal and Bin Qasim; Ph 9231218-9231227 for Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Jamshed Town, Lyari, Liaquatabad, Saddar and Keamari Town and Ph 9230318 for North Nazimabad, Gulbarg, Orangi, Baldia, SITE, Gadap and North Karachi Town from 9am to 10pm daily.
