FAISALABAD, April 14: The University of Faisalabad has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia for cooperation in the disciplines of electrical engineering and management sciences.

According to a press release, executive dean Prof Ian Rouse of Division of Engineering and Health Sciences from Victoria University and pro-rector Prof Dr Abdul Majeed signed the MoU.

Both educational institutions will cooperate with each other in the areas of joint research programs, transfer of credit hours, faculty development, faculty exchange, curriculum and teaching cooperation and split PhD programs.

Two representatives each from both institutions would work out the modalities of each program to be implemented in phases.
