CHITRAL, Feb 28: With the help of Asian Development Bank and Bank of Holland, the Forest Department, Chitral, will launch a plantation drive on a massive scale during the spring.
Divisional Forest Officer Ghayasuddin told a gathering here the other day that as many as 80,000 plants will be distributed during the season.
