LARKANA: Two killed

LARKANA, July 28: Two persons, including a peon of the Government High School Daiddar were killed in Larkana and Qambar, on Saturday. Rasheed Wagan (Qambar) Police on villagers’ indication recovered the bullet riddled body of Jawed Hussain Shaikh, a peon in the government school from the field of Roshan Punjabi.

The cause of his killing was unknown but Mujahid Shaikh, brother of the deceased had registered an FIR with the concerned police station against unidentified persons.

In another incident two rival groups of Mahar tribe traded fire in village ‘Wada Mahar’ on the outskirts of Larkana in the jurisdiction of Taluka Police Station. Abdul Fatah Mahar 25 was killed.

The deceased’s brother, Muhammed Sharif registered an FIR against six persons and nominated Amir Ali, Siffat Ali, Moor Ali, Jam Ali (all Mahars) and two unknown.

Police began probe but so far had made no arrest in both the cases.
