PESHAWAR, Aug 11: The water level continued to soar in the Chitral river on Saturday as the discharge remained at 29,500 cusecs. According to the NWFP flood cell, the water level remained normal in Indus river at Attock, Kabul river at Nowshera, Swat river at Khiali, Khuzakhela, Munda and Amandara, Kurram river at Tall and Kurram Garhi and Siren river at Dhryal.

Medium floods were recorded in Kabul river at Sardaryab, Shah Alam river at Tukhtabad and Kaitu river at Spinwam.—APP
