HYDERABAD, Aug 24: Ses-sions Judge Hyderabad Zafar Ahmed Sherwani on Friday directed the SP Investigations and Investigating Officer Hussainabad Police to appear in person before the court on Saturday in connection with a three-day old girl’s kidnapping/missing case.

Official of Hussainabad Investigation Wing submitted before the court on Friday, daily progress report in the matter which said two persons Sharif and Nasir had been remanded to police custody by the Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate-X for interrogation. He informed of action been taken by health authorities against the nurse, Nasreen and Dr Shahla of the Shah Bhittai Hospital.

He said police took Ms Waheedan to Karachi to prepare with the help of Citizen Police Liaision Committee the sketch of the woman who took away newly-born baby girl.

The court directed the SP Investigations, the IO, of case to appear in person before the court. The judge was taking daily progress report under the directives of Supreme Court which took suo motu notice of the matter.

The three-day baby born to Feroza w/o Nadeem Yusufzai alias Bhoora was taken away by an unidentified woman on Aug 19.
