KARACHI, March 14: Test leg-spinner Danish Kaneria claimed three for 10 as Habib Bank chalked up a convincing nine-wicket victory over Faisalabad in a Pool ‘C’ match of the National One-day Championship at Iqbal Stadium (Faisalabad) Thursday.

Faisalabad were bundled out for 80 in 30.2 overs after losing the toss. HBL, in reply, rattled up the required target in just 10.5 overs with Saleem Elahi making 52 off 31 balls with 11 fours.

After Kabir Khan and Sajid Shah had demolished the top-order by picking up two wickets each, Kaneria mesmerised the Faisalabad middle-order batting. Ex-Test paceman Shahid Nazir chipped in with two wickets.
