KHAIRPUR, Nov 4: An eight-year-old boy and a man were killed and 10 others suffered injuries when a speeding wagon coming from Pir Jo Goth skidded into Abul Wah after its tyre burst on Saturday evening.

The bodies of the boy, Ghazanfar Ali Shah, and the wagon driver Badaruddin Dayo have been taken out of water and the divers believe there are no more chances of any more bodies at the place though some passengers are still missing.

The injured Majid Shah, Mohammad Ramzan Ghumro, Rahim Bux Ghumro, Asif Soomro, Abdullah Mallah, Ali Nawaz, Mohammad Ishfaque, Zubair Ahmed Makrani, Ms Muradan and Ms Khanzadi were moved to the nearest hospital.

The wagon has been pulled out of the canal with the help of cranes.

KILLED: Armed tribesmen fired on one Bandeh Ali Chang belonging to their rival tribe and left him for dead reportedly over a matrimonial dispute in Pakka Chang town Faiz Ganj taluka late on Saturday night. Later, he died in Rural Health Centre Faiz Ganj.
