Pakistan Open Squash from Nov 12

KARACHI Nov 6: Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF) is organising the Pakistan Open Squash Championship at Mushaf Squash Complex, Islamabad from November 12-19.

The championship, which includes both men and women events, will have world number 13 Stewart Boswell from Australia as top seed while world number 16, Mohd Azlan Iskandar of Malaysia seeded second in the main round.

Five Pakistanis namely Mansoor Zaman, Aamir Atlas, Farhan Mehboob, Shahid Zaman and Yasir Butt are placed in the main rounds.

The pre-qualifying round would be played on Nov 11 followed by the qualifying round and the main round from Nov 14. The women’s event is only for main rounds of 16 players.—Agencies
