KHAIRPUR, Nov 8: Vice-Chancellor Shah Abdul Latif University professor (Dr) Nilofar Shaikh said that raising academic standard as well as providing co-academic facilities to teachers, students and other staff were among her top priorities and vowed that no one would be allowed to embezzle even a single rupee out of the university’s funds.

She said three new projects have been approved for the university. She was briefing journalists here on Thursday after a meeting with university officers.

Dr Nilofar said that the university lacks facilities of playground, gymnasium hall and cafeteria.—BoC
