KARACHI, Nov 19: Country’s top players are due to feature in the Greener Pakistan National Clay Court tennis championship which runs at the Islamabad Club courts from Nov 26 to Dec 2.

The events to take place include men’s singles and doubles, women’s singles, juniors’ U-17 singles, girls U-17 singles, juniors’ U-13 singles, mixed doubles and seniors’ doubles (55plus).

Last date for the submission of entries is Nov 24 while the draws will be taken out the next day.

Announcing the details, Mrs. Shahida Kauser Farooq who heads an NGO, Subh-e-Nau, said it will be the fifth time the event is held under the aegis of her organisation.

She added that handsome cash prizes would be at stake in the week-long tourney.
