SUKKUR: Boy killed in accident

SUKKUR, Nov 26: A student of eighth class has been killed and 10 others injured in an accident at Qadirpur-Ghotki bypass in Ghotki district. According to police, a trailer going to Karachi from Lahore hit a pickup carrying school children at the Qadirpur-Ghotki bypass. Rakesh alias Sunno, a student of class VIII died on the sport.

More than 10 other students were injured and shifted to Sukkur, Larkana and Rahim Yar Khan hospitals in critical condition.

Those injured include, Sunny, Avenash, Sagar, Pirthivi, Simran, pick-up cleaner Ehsan, Junaid and others.

Both drivers managed to escape from the scene while area police impounded the vehicles.—APP
