GUJRAT, Dec 13: The body of Haroon Butt, a young businessman who was murdered in Durban (South Africa) last week, was brought here on Wednesday night for burial. Umar Butt, the elder brother of the deceased, said the South African police had not conducted the autopsy and only a medical report had been sent to them, saying the cause of Haroon’s death was unnatural but was not enough for further proceedings.

He expressed his dissatisfaction over investigation by the South African police and said that his family wanted to follow the case. He asked Pakistani authorities in South Africa and the South African Embassy in Islamabad to pursue the murder case of his brother.

Meanwhile, South African High Commission in Islamabad on Thursday sent a letter of condolence to the parents of Haroon Butt.
