BHC CJ, four judges to take oath today

QUETTA, Dec 14: The Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court and four other judges will take oath here on Saturday afternoon.

Governor Owais Ahmad Ghani would administer the oath under the 1973 Constitution.

Chief Justice Justice Amanullah Yasinzai, Justice Ahmad Khan Lashari, Justice Akhtar Zaman Malghani, Justice Muhammad Nadir Khan and Justice Kelash Nath Kohli had taken oath under the Provisional Constitution Order after the imposition of emergency.—PPI
