It had become inevitable for the educational institutions to keep pace with rapidly changing world. Sindh government had invested a large chunk of its budget in the development of infrastructure and improvement in education sector, but the efforts would succeed when the other stakeholders like teaching community, parents and students responded positively with a sense of responsibility, he said.
He said that the country was rich in natural resources and hard working people and it only required scientific skill and technical knowledge for proper exploitation of the resources not only to put the country on the road to progress but also to eradicate the menace of illiteracy, poverty and unemployment.
