THATTA, Jan 1: The PPP candidates for provincial and national assemblies’ from Thatta have claimed that the Thatta police at the instigation of the Shirazis have implicated innocent PPP activists in fabricated cases and the party would not tolerate such acts.

Speaking at a press conference at the press club here on Tuesday, the district president of PPP and candidate for National Assembly seat, Arbab Wazir Ahmed Memon, and candidates on provincial assembly seats, Abdul Jalil Memon, Haji Usman Jalbani, former MPAs Shafique Shah Bukhari claimed that the PPP activists were in grief and mourning their leader’s death while some people taking advantage of the situation created rumpus by destroying public and private properties.
