CDA contractor found murdered

ISLAMABAD, Jan 10: A contractor of Capital Development Authority (CDA) was found murdered in his vehicle near his house on Thursday, police said.

Rasheed Khan, 35, a native of Mansehra, was found dead in his car (KD-765) near his house, in G-6/1-1.

Mr Khan last talked to his wife on his mobile phone at 7:30pm on Wednesday evening, andtold her that he was having dinner and would reach home in a while.

However when he did not return till 4am, his wife tried to contact him, but he did not answer the phone.

The police shifted the body to the hospital for legal process.

The police said he died of head injury. The killer(s) smashed his head with a stone which fractured his skull. Bruises were also found on his body.—Staff Reporter
