SUKKUR: Three killed

SUKKUR, April 14: Three people, including a bridegroom, were killed and 17 others injured near Jaferabad on Saturday night.

A wagon carrying a wedding party from Sibi to Jacobabad collided head-on with a pickup coming from the opposite direction near Jaferabad as a result of which the bridegroom, Ghous Bux, and Mansoor and M. Yousuf were killed on the spot and 27 others were injured.

All the injured were admitted to a nearby hospital.

KILLED: A woman, Sahib Zadi (25), wife of Azad Malik, was shot dead by armed robbers in Sardar Garh, near Khanpur Maher, Ghotki District, on Saturday night.
