Journalist Arshad Hussain dies

ARSHAD Hussain, a former commerce editor of Morning News, Dhaka, died in the United Arab Emirates on Thursday. He was 74.

Mr Hussain came to Karachi after the creation of Bangladesh. He worked for the Baluchistan Times, Quetta, before moving to the UAE in the mid-70s.

He left behind his wife, five sons and a daughter.

He will be laid to rest in Al Ain on Saturday.
