KARACHI, March 25: Two outfits will represent Karachi in the Sindh Inter-district women’s basketball championship which is being played at Mirpurkhas from March 27 to 29.
The teams were finalised at the end of open trials which concluded at Sir Syed Girls College courts on Tuesday.
Teams:
Greens: Saira Younus (captain), Faryal Shah, Fozia Fateh, Sharon Anjum, Khadija Lahoti, Sadia Haleema, Sana, Qurratul Ain, Humaira Irshad, Farah, Alifa Saif and Qudsia Raja (player-cum-coach). Official: Moinuddin (manager).
Whites: Zainab (captain), Jazba Siddiq, Talia, Humaira, Sana Aziz, Najma, Zohra, Shazia Rehman, Amna Ali and Saima. Official: Amir Sharif (manager-cum-coach).
