KOHAT, April 20: Federal Minister for Population Affairs Dr Atya Inayatullah said here on Saturday that separate women courts would soon be established throughout the country for quick dispensation of justice to the poor women.
She said these courts would also help solve various social problems being faced by the working women.
Speaking at a function organised in her honour here by the Human Welfare Centre, she said that President Pervez Musharraf wanted to make Pakistan a true welfare state which was evident from his policies.
The minister said that the president wanted equal treatment and facilities for women and for this purpose a reasonable amount had been allocated.
Speaking on the occasion, wife of NWFP Governor Syed Iftikhar Hussain Shah said the government was utilizing all resources at its disposal for the benefit of the common man with special emphasis on solving the problems of women.
