LAHORE, April 3: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has appointed Mike Procter as the match referee and its elite panel umpire Steve Bucknor to conduct the five One-day International series between Pakistan and Bangladesh, starting from April 8. Bucknor’s partner in the field for the opening two matches would be his elite panel colleague from Pakistan, Aleem Dar.

Other ICC international umpires — Nadeem Ghauri and Zameer Haider — will also stand in the series as field umpires besides Bucknor and Aleem.

Nadeem and Zameer will also take charge of the solitary Twenty20 International in Karachi on April 20.

Procter, the former South African all-rounder, has been nominated for the entire tour.

Following are the appointments of match officials:

April 8: Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, Aleem Dar and Steve Bucknor; Zameer Haider (TV umpire).

April 11: Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad; Aleem Dar and Steve Bucknor; Nadeem Ghauri (TV umpire).

April 13: Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore; Nadeem Ghauri and Steve Bucknor; Zameer Haider (TV umpire).

April 16: Multan Cricket Stadium; Zameer Haider and Steve Bucknor; Nadeem Ghauri (TV umpire).

April 19: National Stadium Karachi; Nadeem Ghauri and Steve Bucknor; Zameer Haider (TV umpire).

April 20: Twenty20 International, Karachi; Nadeem Ghauri and Zameer Haider; Saleem Badar (TV umpire).
