MULTAN, April 16: The Pakistan and Bangladesh cricket teams will be leaving for Karachi from Multan after a 12-hour delay at 9.30pm on Thursday due to PIA’s cancelling its Multan flights on Wednesday.

According to a Pakistan team official, both teams were scheduled to leave for Karachi at 9.30am.

“The seats were booked some 15 days back and this is quite an inconvenience for us as the team was to hold a training session at 4.00pm in Karachi after reaching there on Thursday morning. The entire programme will have to be changed now due to this unnecessary delay,” he said.

Pakistan and Bangladesh play their fifth ODI in Karachi, which will be followed by a Twenty20 game.
