JACOBABAD, April 29: A group of residents of Kandhkot continued token hunger strike on Tuesday against kidnapping of three children.

The girls Iram and Tahira were kidnapped a month ago and a boy Veeraj was kidnapped three days back from Kandhkot. The citizens, including Mukhi Bhagwandas, Nand Lal, Hazoor Bux and Rashid Siyal, observed token hunger strike at Library Chowk against the kidnappings.

Talking to journalists, Mukhi Bhagwandas and others said that almost a month had passed but the kidnapped girls could not be recovered.

Police have also failed to recover the teenaged boy Veeraj, they added.
