SUKKUR, May 11: A man gunned down by his brother following a domestic dispute in Momal Ji Mari village near Ghotki on Sunday. After a heated argument with his brother Ahmed Nawaz Kaladi took out a pistol and shot him dead when Nawaz attacked him with a hatchet.

Shah Murad Kaladi had lodged a case with Ghotki police against his brother Umer Kaladi. The Ghotki police had arrested the accused, Umer, who had injured in the fight.

In another incident, a man was strangled to death by dacoits, in Sultan colony, Rohri on Saturday night.

A group of dacoits entered the house of Yousuf Rajput. They overpowered the family members and looted cash, jewellery and other valuables.

The dacoits strangled Yousuf Rajput to death when he offered resistance.

Rohri police has shifted the body to a local hospital for post-mortem, but no case has been registered.

SUICIDE: A 15-year-old youth, Mohammad Yasin Leghari, resident of village Ali Leghari, in Mirpur Mathelo police limits had committed suicide over some domestic issue. No case was registered.
