PESHAWAR, June 18: The Peshawar High Court on Wednesday transferred and posted 22 judicial officers including seven additional district and sessions judges (ADSJs) and 15 civil judges cum judicial magistrates.

According to the order released by the PHC registrar Hayat Ali Shah, the ADSJ, Asif Nawaz Khan has been transferred from Mansehra to Swabi in place of Ahmad Sultan Tareen, who will replace him at Mansehra.

The ADSJ Mohammad Younas Khan has been transferred from Balakot to Mardan against vacant post. Another ADSJ Liaqat Ali Khan Marwat has been transferred from Dera Ismail Khan to Karak, replacing ADSJ Tariq Yousafzai who has been posted at Chakdara in Lower Dir as ADSJ/ Izafi Zila Qazi. It is ordered that Mr Yousafzai should tour ten days in a month to Timergara in order to dispose of cases of the vacant court of ADSJ/Izafi Zila Qazi.

The ADSJ Mahmoodul Hassan has been transferred from Shangla and posted at Lakki Marwat in place of Mohammad Rauf Khan, who has been transferred to Peshawar.

A civil judge/Illaqa Qazi, Mohammad Inamullah, has been transferred from Bisham to Nowshera, where he would replace Adil Zaib Khan who has been transferred to Ghazi. The civil judge at Ghazi, Mohammad Abbas, has been transferred to Lakki Marwat.

The other transferred and posted civil judges are: Mohammad Zahoor from Nowshera to Mardan, Raja Mohammad Shoaib from Mardan to Haripur, Mohammad Iqbal from Haripur to Abbottabad, Ms Nusrat Naz from Abbottabad to Peshawar, Ziaur Rehman from Peshawar to Haripur, Shah Hussain from Matta to Peshawar as research and reference officer in PHC against vacant post, Naseer Ahmad from Takht Bhai to Matta, Asif Rasheed from swat to Mansehra, Abdul Wahab Qureshi from Mansehra to Takht Bhai, Mohammad Ilyas Khan from Takht Bhai to Swat, Muhammad Rahman from Pattan, Kohistan to Khwazakhela, Swat and Hidayatuddin Khan from Khwaza Khela to Pattan.
