Tech college convocation

MANDI BAHAUDDIN, July 19: The annual convocation of Govt College of Technology, Rasool, was held on Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, Federal Minister for Food, Agriculture and Narcotics Control Nazar Muhammad Gondal said the institution had trained more than 21,000 youth so far.

He said he had requested the prime minister to upgrade the GCT as a university and hoped that the dream would soon come true.
