LARKANA, July 21: Bagris, a minority community, on Monday accused minority legislators of treating them like second class citizens and appealed to Pakistan People’s Party co-chairman, prime minister, chief minister and MNA Faryal Talpur to solve their problems and play their role for the betterment of the community.
The Bagris, who assembled here on a call given by Bagri Development Social Welfare Association (BSDA) Larkana, said that 6,000 Bagris were living in Larkana alone but no elected representative had allocated even a single penny for the development their areas since the independence.
They said their temples and Dharamshalas were in a shamble but no minority MNA or MPA had ever visited them.
They did not even have space for burying their dead, they regretted.
