LARKANA, July 26: The personnel of Rangers started patrolling on Saturday along the banks of Saifullah Magsi Canal and Khairthar Canal to check water theft. Rangers were also deployed at the Grang Regulator, the main distribution point of water between Sindh and Balochistan to ensure the sanctioned flow of water to both the provinces.

The rangers had asked people to remove illegal pipes they had inserted in the canals and avoid damaging the gates of watercourses.—Correspondent
