HYDERABAD, July 29: Sindh Minister for Fisheries Zahid Ali Bhurgari has said that a water supply and sewerage scheme for the development of Qasimabad taluka has been submitted to Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah and he has called for a feasibility report from the departments concerned to lay a network of development schemes in Qasimabad.

He was addressing to an open katchehry at Qasim Park in Qasimabad on Monday.

He advised the residents of 100 ancient villages of Qasimabad as well as of katchi abadis (slums) to submit applications for the regularisation of their villages and katchi abadis so that these settlements could be regularised and proprietary rights could be given to their residents.

He said the Sindh government had lifted the ban on employments and issued advertisements inviting applications from deserving candidates to fill the vacant vacancies in different government departments.
