HYDERABAD, July 29: The director Town Planning department, Tahir Ahmed, has notified for the information of public that the double storey bungalows project in the name of Al-Mustafa Town in Matiari town, district Matiari, has not been approved by the town planning department of government of Sindh and it is therefore violation of rules and regulations of the Sindh Building Control Ordinance, and the project is illegal.

In a notification issued here on Tuesday, he said that under the provisions of the Town Planning Act as well as the Sindh Building Control Ordinance 1979/1982, no private housing scheme and commercial buildings could be launched/advertised and its plots booked to the general public without the prior approval of the town planning department government of Sindh.

He cautioned public in their own interest to refrain from booking any bungalow in the said project.
