National netball from 25th

ATTOCK, Aug 2: The Pakistan Netball Federation (PNF), in collaboration with the Pakistan Sports Trust, will be organising the 8th National Men’s Netball Championship 2008 from Aug 25.

Secretary General PNF Mudassar Arian said on Saturday that the championship featuring 14 registered teams are Army, Police, Wapda, Railways, Navy, Punjab, Sindh, NWFP, Balochistan, Islamabad, Fata, Asad Jammu Kashmir, Lahore Grammar School and City School Lahore, will be held at the Kashmir Sports Complex, Karachi, from Aug 25 to 28 under the supervision of the Sindh Netball Association (SNA).

The top six teams in the championship will also qualify for the 31st National Games next year in Peshawar. — Correspondent
