Soldier injured in attack

LANDIKOTAL, Aug 16: A paramilitary soldier was injured after militants attacked a military camp in the Khyber Agency on Saturday morning.

A group of militants opened fire on the Michnigate, north of the camp, with light weapons, injuring a soldier of the Khyber Rifles. This is the first time that the militants have attacked a military camp in the Khyber tribal region. No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
