DADU, Aug 17: Social workers and rights’ activists set up a hunger strike camp outside the press club here on Sunday to protest against police for not arresting the people involved in the kidnapping of a six-year-old boy, Inamul Haq Arain, from Gharibabad Mohalla two months ago. The child was found after a week.

The boy’s family members and social workers took out a rally and hold a demonstration at Katchehry road.

They said an FIR was lodged against six accused but the police were not arresting them. The father of the child, Murtaza Arain, said the accused were issuing threats of dire consequences to them.—BoC
