DADU, May 6: District Police Officer Mohammad Tahir Naveed on Monday suspended 13 police officials, including one SHO and five ASIs, on public complaints.

The DPO suspended the SHO, Rukan police, sub-inspector Abu Bakar Chandio, writer head constable (WHC), Rukan police, Manthar Ali Hisbani, Bhan Saeedabad police WHC Khalid, five assistant sub-inspectors of the Jhallo police, Mohammad Ramzan Jamali, Ghulam Rasool Pitafi, Sajid Hussain, Mazhar Ali Pitafi, Taufiq Ahmed and five head constables.

The DPO also transferred the lower staff of the Jhallo police station, including 63 constables, and asked them to report at the police line, Dadu, and appointed new staff at the Jhallo police station.

The DPO also issued show-cause notices to the SHO, Jhallo police station, Syed Noor Mohammad Shah, and WHC Abdul Jabbar Panhwar.
